INSTANTCARE offers this website subject to these Terms and Conditions. By visiting the website or using the services or applications of the website, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.
For the access to the Web site the registration of the Users will not be required. However, in order to contract any of the services offered by INSTANTCARE, the User’s registration and acceptance of these conditions will be required before formalizing the payment.
Through the website, INSTANTCARE offers users products related to the management of urinary incontinence and the care of people with dependence on the brand INSTANTCARE.
These INSTANTCARE Terms and Conditions described below define the rights and obligations of INSTANTCARE and the Users within the framework of the Website. These are the only Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the Website (without prejudice to the fact that certain services may have particular conditions) and to the contracting of orders through the Website and replace any other conditions, except prior agreement and in writing between INSTANTCARE and the User.
- User Data

Orders and conditions of sale
The services and products offered through the INSTANTCARE Website are intended for the purchase by Users of products related to the management of urinary incontinence and the care of people with dependence on the brand INSTANTCARE. To be able to contract an INSTANTCARE order, the User must be over 18 years of age. From the Website www.INSTANTCARE.online, INSTANTCARE will send orders to Spain. To place orders through the Website, the User must provide a series of data prior to contracting, through the purchase form, and that will be necessary to manage your purchase order.
Price, payment method and discount codes
Once the form data has been completed, the User must proceed to pay for the order through the means of payment specified on the Website.
After the payment is made, the User will receive an e-mail confirming the order, which will include a summary of the items purchased, the mode of shipment requested and the destination address.If at the time of making the payment will occur an event that prevents payment, the user will receive an automatic payment error message and your order will not be processed until the payment process is completed successfully.
The prices of the services are expressed in Euros (€), including taxes and management and shipping costs, the amount of which will be indicated at the time of the final confirmation of each order.

In the case of the Canary Islands, VAT will be excluded when making the payment of the order. INSTANTCARE may periodically offer discount codes to its Users. These discounts can only be applied according to the instructions specified by
INSTANTCARE with respect to each code, and in any case the Users can only use a single code per order. The use of discount codes will not be compatible with certain promotional actions.
Information about INSTANTCARE products and services
The data included in the website in each description of the products and services, in their photographs, graphic or iconographic representations or videos as well as commercial names, brands or distinctive signs of any kind, have a merely informative function.
Therefore, INSTANTCARE declines any responsibility for the appearance of errors in said information, although it undertakes to take all the measures at its disposal to correct as soon as possible the aforementioned errors or omissions after having been informed of them.
Guarantee, returns and right of withdrawal
6.1 Returns for manufacturing defects.
The User may return to INSTANTCARE, free of charge, any product that has a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the contracted products, the User will have a period of one month from when he became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to communicate to INSTANTCARE his lack of conformity with them. If this period is exceeded, any damages will be assumed by the User.
The return of products that have manufacturing defects in them will not entail any additional cost for the User.
To formalize the return, the User must contact INSTANTCARE within the one month deadline, to the address firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the product or products to be returned, enclosing a photograph and a detailed list of the defects appreciated in the same.
Once INSTANTCARE has received the User’s communication, it will inform you within 3 to 5 business days if the product is returned or not. In the event of a refund, INSTANTCARE will indicate to the User the form of collection or delivery to its offices / warehouses of the defective product.
Users may send the defective product to Instantcare Iberia SL, c / Castalla n34, 1, 03440 Ibi, (Alicante).
Each product returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, if applicable, documentation and original accessories that came with it. If this is not done by the User, INSTANTCARE reserves the right to refuse the return.
Once the product has been received and the defects verified, INSTANTCARE will allow the User to replace the product with another of identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for INSTANTCARE.
In the event that due to lack of stock, another product with the same characteristics can not be shipped, the User may choose between terminating the contract (that is, the refund of the amounts paid) or requesting the sending of another model that The User voluntarily chooses.
The delivery of the product of identical characteristics or the new model that the User chooses, as appropriate, will be made in the next 3-5 business days from the date in which INSTANTCARE will confirm to the User the replacement of the defective product or the shipment of the new one. model.
The substitution, the sending of a new model or the termination of the contract will not imply additional expenses for the User.
If the User resolves the contract, INSTANTCARE will carry out the return of the entire amount paid to the User for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs).
INSTANTCARE informs Users that the term of the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the User would have used when buying the product:
– If the User has made the payment by bank transfer, INSTANTCARE will refund the amount paid within 24/48 business hours since the User decided to terminate the contract.
– If the User has made the payment by credit / debit card, INSTANTCARE will refund the amount paid within a period of 14 calendar days since the User decided to terminate the contract.
– If the User has made the payment through PayPal, INSTANTCARE will refund the amount paid within a period of 24-48 business hours since the User decided to terminate the contract.
In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the User, pursuant to the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (30) calendar days to return the entire of the order or, if you prefer, you can return any of the products that make up the total order and all without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons.
However, the User shall be responsible for the direct cost of return to INSTANTCARE, whether it returns the order in full or decides to return only some of the products of the order. To formalize the return, you must contact INSTANTCARE at the address email@example.com, sending completed the withdrawal form that is attached to these Terms and Conditions as ANNEX 1.
Received such communication, INSTANTCARE will indicate the form of sending the order to his office. The User can send the product to INSTANTCARE IBERICA S.L, c / Castalla n34, 1, 03440 Ibi (Alicante).
INSTANTCARE is not responsible for the courier company that the User contracts for the return of the order. In this regard, INSTANTCARE recommends that the User require the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product in the offices / warehouses of INSTANTCARE, so that the User has proof that the product has been delivered correctly to INSTANTCARE.
The costs of the return of the order (such as shipping costs through courier companies) will be borne directly by the User. The product must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, if applicable, documentation and original accessories that came with it. If this is not done by the User or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that INSTANTCARE may refuse the return.
Once INSTANTCARE receives the order and verifies that it is in good condition, INSTANTCARE will proceed to return all the amounts paid by the User.
If the User decides to return the order in full, INSTANTCARE will return to the User all the amounts that the User has paid (including shipping costs).
If the User only wishes to return one or some of the products that were part of the order, INSTANTCARE will not be able to return the shipping costs that the User has paid for the entire order.
INSTANTCARE informs Users that the term of the return of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the User had used when buying the product:
-If the User has made the payment by bank transfer, INSTANTCARE will refund the amount paid within a period of 24/48 working hours since the User decided to terminate the contract.

7. Product Change Policy
INSTANTCARE does not allow the exchange between a product purchased by the User for another product that is offered on the Website.
In the event that the User wants to make the change in a product, he must exercise his right of withdrawal on the same as established in clause 6.2 and subsequently buy the new product he desires.
